Yin & Voyage Sonore 

Un Yin yoga pour relâcher les tensions et assouplir le corps en profondeur.La séannce se prolonge par un voyage sonore aux bols tibétainns et cristal et autres instruments. Une parenthèse de calme et de bien-être.

Yang Yin Yoga

La séance commence par une séquence Yan inspirée des postures classiques de yoga, qui travaille sur la force, l’équilibre et la souplesse. Elle se poursuit par une séquence de Yin yoga, où les postures tenues plus longtemps invent à un lâcher-prise profond.

Vinyasa Flow

Une pratique fluide qui relie mouvement et respiration. Chaque posture s’enchaîne avec la suivante au rythme du souffle, créant un flow continu. Cette dynamise renforce le corps, développe la souplesse et apporte énergie et équilibre.

Gentle Hatha Flow

Un retour aux bases du yoga, à travers une pratique du Hatha classique enrichie de transitions fluides entre les postures. Le cours innclut également des exercices de respiration et une relaxation guidée en fin de séance, pour intégrer souffle, force et équilibre dans la pratique

Pilates Mat

Une pratique qui renforce et tonifie les muscles profonds, améliore la posture et soutient l’alignement naturel du corps.Avec les enchaînements fluides, les mouvements développent force, stabilité et équilibre

Yoga & Mindfulness

Une pratique douce qui combine postures accessibles, respiration connsciente et méditation. Les mouvements lents préparent le corps et le souffle, puis la séance s’oriente vers un temps de méditation guidée pour développer présence et apaisement, à retrouver aussi dans la vie quotidienne.

Morning Yoga

Réveiller votre corps et votre esprit en douceur. La séance combine des étirements et des exercices de respiration (Prannayama) pour activier la circulation et délier les tensions. Elle apporte énergie et clarté mentale pour commencer la journée de façon équilibrée et sereine.
